Anger is easy. I know this too well. The hard stuff is listening and loving even when (especially when) we disagree. We must stick together and not allow political opinions to divide us. We are not enemies but all children of God-beautiful in our own unique way.

My default emotion is also anger. So. Much. Anger. I’ve recently learned that anger is a secondary emotion, though, and what I’m really feeling is probably sadness, fear or anxiety. I’m trying to work with that knowledge and express myself in more appropriate ways.
